What’s coming

  • Inventory tracking:  if you are WalMart, of course you can spend $500.00 to 1,500.00 for portable computing device with integrated barcode scanner so that you can take and do routine inventory.  Still takes a human to run it, tho.   It’s harder to get ROI on that investment when you have one, or just a couple of stores.
Our initial foray and testing in the area of inventory tracking relies on a simple process using speech-to-data, and built on technology and devices that everybody has and knows how to use.   We find, so far, that human-read numbers are reliable in the same measure as scanned product code readings; that is, users will experience a similar number of error inputs, therefor, a comparable degree of overall reliability and for much less money and with some real improvements in overall efficiency.  If this interests you, inquire.  We are targeting Spring 2017 to roll-out trial versions.
  • QuickBooks Data Portal:  leverage beSpokn technologies to enter data in your Quickbooks database.
  • Journal Diagnostics:  track events, occurrences, actions, and outcomes.  By making data extremely easy to gather, and by gathering data that used to be practically “ungatherable”;  we can, for instance, build a diagnostic tool for finding food allergies using user-reported food consumption “events” and user-reported “symptoms”, by building statistical correlations between the two, and reporting on them
